Buckingham redeveloped the 44,000 square foot former Ward Supply building into a mixed-use destination connecting Rochester’s vibrant South Wedge and Swillburg neighborhoods. “Edge of the Wedge” includes thirty residential lofts, and retail tenants on the ground floor, including The Cub Room, a new American restaurant, a butcher shop, McCann’s Local Meats, and a gym, Glickfit.
Buckingham Properties transformed a seven-story abandoned manufacturing building in the City of Rochester into a mixed-use property with 36 residential lofts and office space on the lower floors. As a highly-visible building just off of the Interstate, Buckingham Commons became one of Buckingham’s flagship properties representing the company’s specialization in mixed-use redevelopment.
Alex Park is a mixed-use development project on the 16-acre site of the former Genesee Hospital on Alexander Street in Rochester between Monroe and Park Avenues.
