Buckingham Properties Partner and Vice President of Leasing and Tenant Relations Tom Latta was featured as one of the “2022 Ones to Watch” in the May issue of NREJ. In his feature, he had the opportunity to discuss his sense of accomplishment after filling the final commercial space at one of our recent redevelopments: Tower280. He also discussed early mentors in his career which included Buckingham’s late founder Larry Glazer stating, “He was brilliant. He had incredible vision and was extremely driven.”

We are so pleased to have a member of our leadership team recognized for their hard work. Tom is known to be one of the first in the office and often the last out. As he often quotes, “overtime will get you everywhere” and it is thanks to that time and dedication that we continue to be so successful. Congrats, Tom!
