Meet Mercedees – our very first resident at Alex Park! Mercedees has lived in five different Buckingham apartment buildings over the last eight years! After graduating from Penfield High School, Mercedees made the move to downtown.

Located in our brand new building at 250 Alexander Street, The Residences at Alex Park has 48 residential units situated on the three floors above the offices of Mindex Technologies (who moved in last month).

Residents enjoy private balconies, unique views of downtown, a pet-washing station, bicycle storage, and a discounted membership to Central Rock Gym. Heat and parking are included as well.
