Climbing enthusiasts, rejoice! Construction is set to begin this spring for Central Rock Gym, a modern climbing facility featuring 45 foot tall climbing areas and 300 linear feet of bouldering walls. With a rope climbing area large enough to host 100 climbers at once, the impressive facility will also include a work-out area with state-of-the-art cardio machines, weight stations, yoga and fitness classes, as well as both competitive and recreational youth climbing programs.

Construction of Central Rock Gym kicks off the second phase of the Alex Park project. The eight-acre development site on Alexander Street between Monroe and Park Avenues will include additional office and retail buildings, along with 300+ apartments.
