Buckingham Properties Names Two New Partners
It was announced this month that Rick Glazer, age 39 and Ken Glazer, age 38 have been named partners at Buckingham Properties LLC.
“With my two sons joining our team of partners in the company, Buckingham has firmly put the next generation of leadership into place,” said their father, Larry Glazer, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner.
“It gives me great pride to work alongside my sons as we continue to grow as Rochester’s leading developer,” he added.
Rick Glazer will celebrate ten years at Buckingham Properties this November. Rick began his real estate career at CBRE/Rochester, NY in leasing. During his tenure with Buckingham Properties, Rick has worked with hundreds of Buckingham tenants, specializing in office and retail users. Rick, a Licensed Real Estate Broker, has been instrumental in leasing several of Buckingham’s newest developments, including Eagle’s Landing Business Park in Henrietta and Stoney Creek Business Center, Buckingham’s new complex in Greece which includes Bryant & Stratton’s new college campus. As a partner, Rick will be taking a leadership role for the implementation of a comprehensive employee recognition program. Rick earned an Associate Degree in Business from Champlain College. Rick has two children, Emma, age 7, and Evan, age 5.
Ken Glazer has been a part of the Buckingham Properties team since June of 2009. After earning his Masters of Architecture at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Ken continued working in the architectural field with a concentration on sustainable design. Ken is a LEED Accredited Professional and recently earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. His unique combination of knowledge and experience is essential in leading Buckingham to the greener side of the real estate world. In his role of Director of Development and Architecture, Ken leads several of Buckingham’s development projects including Alexander Park, The Tower at Midtown, and Winfield Park. His ability to lead projects from conception through completion is an important asset as Buckingham continues pushing forward. Ken resides in Pittsford with his wife, Patty and children, Hazel, age 7 and Charlie, age 5.
