Buckingham’s attention to service and value are essential components of the company. On-site maintenance and management services are provided to all project/building locations utilizing skilled crews with 24/7 response times for emergencies and critical issues.

All tenant concerns are addressed directly by Buckingham personnel within three rings of a telephone call during regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 am – 5 pm), or within one hour of a call outside of regular business hours, including weekends.

Emergencies, maintenance and otherwise, are addressed immediately by our On-call Property Manager, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
