Land
Buckingham Properties owns and/or manages 290 acres of development land in the Greater Rochester area. Control over this acreage allows us to move quickly to put projects together.
Design and Construction
Through the general contracting services of its wholly owned subsidiary, Buckingham Construction LLC, Buckingham Properties provides development expertise from the planning stages of a project all the way through completion of construction, tenant improvement requirements to move-in services.
With our depth of experience and long-term relationships with architects, engineers, and general contractors, we are able to seamlessly assemble the appropriate team for each unique project.
Acquisition of unique land sites, speculative development, and adaptive re-use and redevelopment of existing facilities combine to complement our single tenant build-to-suit and fee development programs.
