Larry Glazer
Laurence C. Glazer co-founded Buckingham Properties in 1970 and today serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. After earning a Master’s degree in Finance in 1969 from Columbia University, Larry sharpened his financial and analytical skills by creating and managing his own private hedge fund. In 1971, Larry entered the private manufacturing industry as CEO of a major Rochester-based printing company. This experience provided Larry a first hand understanding of the needs and concerns of the industrial business owners who have become the core of Buckingham’s customer base. The sale of the printing company in 1979 gave Larry the opportunity to focus his time and energy on developing his real estate portfolio which today includes over 35 different projects totaling approximately 7.5 million square feet of commercial real estate.

The combination of Larry’s financial, analytical and operational skills provides Buckingham Properties a CEO who is able to successfully lead the Company through the many opportunities and challenges encountered by a growing real estate development and management company. With an eye towards continued growth, Larry has accumulated a team of well rounded professionals to manage the core components of Buckingham Properties consisting of finance, administration, leasing, marketing, operations and design/construction.

Dan Goldstein
Daniel J. Goldstein , CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer of Buckingham Properties. Dan studied accounting and finance at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor before returning to Rochester in 1993 to work in public accounting. Dan spent 4 years at the partner level before deciding to leave public accounting to join the growing team at Buckingham. Dan's expertise in the areas of entity structures, accounting, taxation and finance provide Buckingham Properties with an experienced financial professional who is able to take charge of the financing and accounting challenges the company faces during a period of rapid growth.

Don Lasher
Don Lasher has been with Buckingham Properties since 1999 and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations for the Company. Don is directly responsible for all aspects of new construction and re-development projects. In addition, he maintains oversight of all facilities and maintenance personnel and programs, including tenant improvements and capital improvements. Some examples of recent development projects that Don has completed include:

Spring House Commons: Construction of a 30,000 sq. ft. retail shopping center. Gateway Plaza: Construction of an 11,500 sq. ft. retail shopping center.Michaels/Stern Building: Re-development of a 140,000 sq. ft. former clothing manufacturing facility (vacant for 20 years) into a mixed-use development comprised of market rate residential loft apartments and commercial office space.Art Craft Optical Building: Re-development of an 80,000 sq. ft., turn of the century, former optical manufacturing and storage facility into a mixed-use development comprised of market rate residential loft apartments and commercial office space. Vaccinex Building: Re-development of a 45,000 sq. ft. former office building into a state of the art medical research lab.Verio Building: Re-development of a 30,000 sq. ft. former office building into an internet co-location facility.

Jeanne Froehler
Jeanne Froehler, who had held a variety of positions since she joined Buckingham Properties in 1987, is currently the Director of Marketing and Lease Administration. Buckingham relies on her excellent skills in negotiating, leasing, marketing and tenant relationships in its pledge to provide tenant oriented service and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Richard H. Glazer
Richard H. Glazer joined the Buckingham team in 2004 after spending 5 years with CB Richard Ellis, a global real estate services company. Rick's experience as an Associate Broker, representing both property owners and tenants, provides Buckingham Properties with a seasoned professional able to negotiate and evaluate any type of real estate transaction. Rick's primary focus is on tenant procurement, tenant relations, and marketing. He also plays an integral role in the evaluation and assessment of potential new acquisitions and development opportunities.

Elly Jones
Elly Jones joined Buckingham Properties in May of 2000 in the Accounts Payable Department, transitioning to Accounts Receivable in December of 2000. Learning and growing with the company, she began assisting the Director of Finance in February of 2001. Over time her duties were expanded to include the company’s Personnel function. A multi-talented asset to Buckingham, Elly was promoted to the position of Accounting Manager in July of 2004. In this capacity she continues to handle Personnel issues while working on the financials for Buckingham’s approximately 30 companies and helping to supervise the Finance Department in day to day activities.

Aaron Malbone
Aaron Malbone, Buckingham's Project Manager, joining Buckingham Properties in 2003. A degree in Architectural Engineering and experience as a construction estimator and also with an architectural/engineering firm provides the perfect background for his role in overseeing tenant construction and build outs.
